Diane “Pepper” Pitts, was born in Birmingham, Alabama but from the age of 9, grew up in a small country town in Central Florida, where she studied at Central Florida Community College. After moving to the Tampa Bay area, she obtained her Medical Assistant Certification and cared for patients for almost 20 years in various aspects of the medical field. After the economy altered her career path, she looked forward to exploring the position of ‘Customer Service’ in an entirely different field than she was accustomed to.
At FastF, Pepper’s primary objective is to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. At FastF we pride ourselves on high quality service, and communication is an extremely important part of how we service our clients. Pepper keeps the lines of communication open with the client as much as possible so there are no questions left unanswered. She is the client’s representative and advocate in the company to ensure the client gets what they came to us for, as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible.
Pepper enjoys many areas of life, especially outdoor activities any time the weather permits, but her greatest joys are her son and granddaughter. One of her future desires..skydiving!
