There are many "Content Management Systems" for do-it-yourself website building.
One of the worst is GoDaddy's "Website Tonight."
It is fine if you want to put up a personal website, where it doesn't matter really how it looks or functions.
For any commercial use:
1. It will look bad.
2. It won't work very well.
3. It will be pretty much invisible to the search engines.
4. It cannot be moved to another hosting company but would have to be rebuilt.
It does have two advantages.
1. It is REALLY cheap (something like $6.95 a month).
2. You don't need to know anything.
